Alexandre, Boniface

1936 - Boniface Alexandre was born on July 1936.

1990 - He was appointed to Haiti's Supreme Court.

2003 - He made an honorary citizen of Lafayette, Louisiana, USA on the 25th of April and teaches at the University of the Port-au-Prince.

2004 - Alexandre was the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. He was sworn on the 29th of February in a brief ceremony at the home of the Prime Minister Yvon Neptune and inaugurated as president on the 8th of March.

2004-2006 - He was the acting prsident of Haiti. He left the office on the 14th of May.
