1339 - Philarges V was born in Crete.

 

1359 - Attended University of Oxford and University of Paris.

 

1386 - Became Bishop of Piacenza.

 

1387 - Became Bishop of Vicenza.

 

1389 - Became Bishop of Novara.

 

1402 - Became Archbishop of Milan.

 

1405 - Appointed Cardinal by Pope Innocent VII, he tried to unite the two rival popes and he was the involved in the Council of Pisa.

 

1409 - Became Alexander V and was crowned Pontiff on June 26, 1409.

 

1410 - On May 3, 1410, Alexander V died.
