Alexander I of Yugoslavia(King Alexander Unificator)
1888 - Alexander I was born in Cetinje, Montenegro on December 16, 1888.
1912 - Fought in the first Balkan War, he commanded the First Army.
1914 - Became Regent of Serbia.
1921 - Inherited the throne from his father and became ruler of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes.
1922 - Married Princess Maria of Romania on June 8, 1922.
1929 - Abolished the Constitution, introduced a personal dictatorship and changed the name of the country to Kingdom of Yugoslavia.
1931 - Decreed a new Constitution which allows the transfer of executive power to the the King.
1934 - Died in Marseille, France on October 9, 1934. He was assassinated.
