Alexander, Grover Cleveland
1887 - Alexander was born in Elba, Nebraska on the 26th of February.
1907 - Became a professional baseball player at the age of 20.
1910 - He was sold to the Philadelphia Phillies.
1911 - Made his debut with a 28 wins, a modern-day rookie record.
1915-1917 - Became the dominant pitcher in the National League.
1918-1926 - Alexander was sold to the Chicago Cubs and was helpful in winning games. He was able to grabbed another pitching triple crown.
1926 - The Cubs sold Alexander to the Saint Louis Cardinals where he gave his best and the finest moment of his career.
1950 - Died in Saint Paul, Nebraska on the 4th of November.
