1671 - Albinoni was born in Venice on June 8, 1671.

 

1700 - Worked as a violinist to Fernando Carlo, Duke of Mantua.

 

1701 - Wrote his Opus 3 and dedicated it to the Grand Duke Ferdinand III of Tuscany.

 

1705 - Wrote trio sonatas and violin concertos.

 

1716-1719 - Wrote solo sonatas and concertoes for Oboe.

 

1722 - Albinoni was invited by Maximilian II Emanuel, Elector of Bavaria to direct two of his operas in Munich.

 

1723-1740 - Had written fifty operas of whic 28 were produced in Venice.

 

1751 - Died in Venice on January 17, 1751.
