1903 – She was born on the 21st day of February this year in Neuilly, France.

 

1923 - She married Hugh Parker Guiler this year.

 

1940 – She faced with a desperate need for money, wrote the stories in Delta of Venus for a dollar a page.

 

1946 - She appeared in the Maya Deren film Ritual in Transfigured Time.

 

1952 - She appeared a film directed by Guiler under the name "Ian Hugo", Bells of Atlantis.

 

1954 - She appeared in the Kenneth Anger film, “Inauguration of the Pleasure Dome as Astarte.”

 

1973 - She received an honorary doctorate from the Philadelphia College of Art.

 

1974 - She was elected to the National Institute of Arts and Letters.
